Any claim arising under the terms of this agreement must be brought within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, regardless of conflicts of laws. The federal district court of the Western District of Texas shall be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim between the parties, who consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
